Q: How can I view the status of my order?
A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all of your orders. Orders are downloaded every afternoon and evening and go directly to our shipping department.  Most orders ship within a few business days, depending on volume at that time.  We would be happy to check on the status of your order for you.  Send an email with your order confirmation number to support@arkinstitute.com .

Q: What are your shipping costs?
A: Most of The Ark Institute's packages ship free of charge.  For those that do not, simply add the shipping charge listed for your item to your final order and submit the total.
Certain products may incur additional charges for orders outside of the contiguous US. If you are ordering from outside of the contiguous United States, please call us to confirm availability prior to ordering.
